The regional seminar “Digital Economy: Digital Trade and Digital Skills” was held
The regional seminar “Digital Economy: Digital Trade and Digital Skills” , organized by the World Bank, was held in Minsk, Belarus, on 14 September 2018. The seminar with the support of the World Bank and the Republic of Korea, was dedicated to the development of the Roadmap for the National Paperless Trade System in Belarus, at the same time raising the level of digital skills in the country.
Tofig Babayev, director of R.I.T.A, Legal & Financial NCP HORIZON 2020 in Azerbaijan, expert of HDM in Azerbaijan and Rauf Jabbarov, Director of the E-Government Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies were invited to participate in the event, representing Azerbaijan as one the Eastern Partnership countries.
At the seminar, T. Babayev made a presentation on the state of eTrade in Azerbaijan. T. Babayev also gave detailed information about Azexport.az and Digital Trade Hub and answered a wide range of questions from the participants.
