In accordance with Clause 5.15 of the "Regulations on the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Decree No. 1785 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 12, 2018, the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established on September 9, 2020, by order A-112/20 for the study and implementation of scientific and technological achievements and advanced experience in the field of transport, including sea transport and civil aviation, communications, innovation and high technologies.
Tofig Babayev, Director of R.I.T.A., Legal & Financial NCP of HORIZON 2020, eTrade expert in the EU4Digital project, was elected a member of the Innovation and High Technologies Department of the Science Council of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
