Director of R.I.T.A. participated in ICT Proposers' Day 2019 Digital Excellence Forum in Helsinki
On September 19-20, 2019 in Helsinki, Finland, a Face-2-Face Brokerage Event was held as part of the ICT Proposers' Day 2019 Digital Excellence Forum that took place in Helsinki, Finland on 19-20 September 2019 for those wishing to participate in HORIZON2020 calls and submit their project proposals.
The event was attended by Tofig Babayev, director of R.I.T.A., Legal & Financial NCP of HORIZON 2020 in Azerbaijan, who presented projects of Azerbaijani scientists at bilateral meetings, including:
1. "Noise Monitoring of the Condition of Offshore Platforms" of Head of Laboratory No 1.8 “Methods for real-time analysis of non-stationary processes”, PhD in Engineering Tahir Alizade,
2. “Developing The Intelligent System for Treatment of Musculoskeletal Infections (Msi) Patients” of Head of Laboratory No 1.7 “Intelligent information processing systems”, PhD in Mathematics, Assoc.Prof. Gulchin Abdullayeva,
3. “Comprehensive assessment and monitoring of financial stability of commercial banks using fuzzy methods for data analysis” of the principal researcher Dr. Prof. Ramin Rzayev Laboratory No 1.2 "Signal recognition methods and technical diagnostic systems";
4. “Using the Theory of Fuzzy Sets and Noise Analysis Technologies to Improve The reliability and Safety of the Control of the Classies of a Railroad Truck” developed in collaboration between Azerbaijan Technical University and ICS
5. “Application of modern space technologies for control of a condition and a choice of optimum routes of laying of the main oil and gas pipelines” of the National Aerospace Agency (Farid Samedov);
6. “From hydrogen to biofuel using microalgae and CO2: A dream come true” of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (Gahraman Hasanov);
7. “Development of a robotic boxing bag designed to improve punches in martial arts”, “Development of a robotic boxing bag designed to improve strokes in martial arts” of the Azerbaijani scientist Ramiz Guliyev.
The projects of Azerbaijani scientists caused great interest at the Face-2-Face Brokerage Event, and representatives of the following companies expressed interest in participating in joint projects with Azerbaijani scientists:
