Dr. Babayev took part in the Proposal Writing Training held in Dublin, Ireland, on 6-7 June, 2012, within the framework of Idealist 2014 Project. The training was attended by NCP ICT of more than 40 countries. The two-day training was conducted by Dr. Sean McCarthy and devoted to the stages of FP7 project proposal preparation process from proposal writing to proposal evaluation. All stages of project proposal preparation were analyzed in detail and exchange of opinions was held with the purpose of raising the level of project preparation service to researchers in the participant countries.
