Participation in PICTURE kick-off meeting on 26-27 January, 2012 in Nice, France.
Tofig Babayev, Director of R.I.T.A., NCP ICT Azerbaijan, participated in the Kick-off meeting of PICTURE project (Policy dialogue in ICT to an Upper level for Reinforced EU-EECA Cooperation), which R.I.T.A. is a member of, held on 26-27 January, 2012 in Nice, France.The meeting helped to identify ways to support the policy dialogue between the European Union and EEAC on scientific technical cooperation in ICT, to start discussions on creation of Thematic Working Groups and on identification of pilot projects.
The key meeting outcome is next 9 month work plan discussed and validated by all partners.
